Bible Teacher Prof. Larry Patrick returning to Uganda

Houston, Texas-- The coordinator of the 2019 Missions Team to Uganda Dr. Janet Namutebi has announced that renowned Bible teacher Dr. Larry Patrick will be making a return mission teaching trip to Uganda this summer. “On this return trip, Larry Patrick, Ph.D., a Professor of Charis Theological Seminary in Houston Texas, will be teaching both the clergy and laity at several local churches in Kampala and Entebbe including Namirembe Cathedral, All Saints Nakasero, St. Francis Chapel Makerere, and others,” Dr. Janet Namutebi, a Ugandan-born pharmacist resident in Houston announced here over the weekend.

Dr. Larry Patrick will also conduct training sessions for students and professors at Uganda Christian University and at Uganda Martyrs Seminary Namugongo. ““I am glad and blessed that My Pastor and Professor of Charis Theological Seminary in Houston Texas, Dr. Larry Patrick is answering the mission call to go back to Uganda to teach and train both ministers and believers the truth in the scripture and how to share and spread the good news to all,” Dr. Janet Namutebi said in a statement. The 2019 Uganda mission team is also requesting whoever receives this information to please share the GoFundMe link with friends and family via text, email and/or social media, to help raise awareness and meet our goal of $5000. “We have all witnessed how our brothers' and sisters' faith is being shaken. Your contribution and efforts will go a long way to ensure that they receive foundational doctrines, in-depth theological training, understanding the Christian walk as well as fundamentals on relationships and the Christian marriage,” a statement from the 2019 Uganda mission team partly read.

It is also evident that Africa as a continent has been attacked with non-biblical doctrines and infested with the ministries of the last days as prophesied in Jude 11&12: “ministries of Cain, Balaam and Core,” the statement said adding, “With little to part with, our Christian brothers and sisters are being used and robbed of their resources while receiving very little true biblical teaching necessary for their salvation, spiritual growth and well-being.”

Come out, therefore, brethren’s and sisters and support the mission to forestall and nab the work of the devil in its bud!

Thank you and God bless+
